HOW DID WE DEVELOP IT?
This was the existing floor plan at the time we acquired the property. The original layout, designed for a couple, had only one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms.
In this case, we opted to open up the space, removing walls and restructuring the design so the apartment could comfortably accommodate four people.
This is the new renovation floor plan. Thanks to our architects, an efficient and functional design of the space was created, taking advantage of natural light. We opened up the spaces and created an open kitchen to the living room, two bathrooms, and four individual bedrooms.
