At TMH, we promote recycling and responsible consumption to care for the environment. Furthermore, we reject any form of discrimination among flatmates, and any incident of this type will result in the expulsion from the apartment.
The rent includes supply service, weekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment, as well as maintenance assistance.

The tenant may terminate the lease contract, provided that they communicate it in writing to the landlord with a minimum notice of sixty days (60 days).
