Our tenants are usually between 18 and 30 years old and come from diverse nationalities. Mainly, they are students or workers who need temporary accommodation in Valencia.

One of the fundamental requirements is to ensure the financial solvency of the tenant to cover the rent. Sometimes, we ask students to have a parental guarantor as additional support.

Additionally, our rental contracts and house rules include other guidelines to ensure good cohabitation. In our apartments, smoking, parties, and pets are prohibited.

At TMH, we promote recycling and responsible consumption to protect the environment. We also reject any form of discrimination among roommates, and any incident of this kind will result in eviction from the apartment.

At TMH, we offer both short and long stay options. The only condition is that contracts must be for a minimum of one month and a maximum of one year, which can be renewed if desired.

To report any issue, simply contact one of our Property Managers via WhatsApp. Additionally, there is a group for each apartment where Property Managers are also present to address any issues or questions that may arise.

Absolutely, if you decide at any point that you want to extend your rental contract, just let us know, and your priority will be respected over potential future tenants.

Yes, the rental contract includes weekly cleaning services for common areas. Additionally, we handle maintenance for any potential issues, with agreements with professionals to take care of them.

Yes, tenants can register at the apartment’s address without any problems, making any necessary transactions easier.

The rental cost includes utility services such as electricity, water, gas (if needed for the kitchen), high-speed internet, and weekly cleaning and maintenance of common areas.

Of course, if a potential tenant wants to visit the apartment to see its condition and get familiar with it, our Property Managers will arrange the visit.

The tenant can terminate the lease agreement by notifying the landlord at least sixty days (60 days) in advance. If the notice is not given, the tenant will have to pay an amount equivalent to 2 months’ rent as a penalty, which may be deducted from the deposit refund.

The deposit is refunded in full via bank transfer within 30 days after leaving the apartment, provided that everything is in the same condition as when the tenant moved in.

Company policy stipulates that rooms are intended for individual use only.
